a year ago today, i stopped eating meat.

you made it Christine. even with a carnivorous family & friends, you’ve gone through 12 full months without eating an animal.

proceed to next goal: make it to my 2nd year & nudge my dad a little more than a few weeks to lower his meat intake.

i hate the feeling of waiting,

the mere several hours until what you’re waiting for happens. it takes FOREVERRRRRR.

watch out world, it’s like im 16 again, fresh behind the wheel!

what confuses me is why do they suspend licenses for traffic tickets, when basically it’s a lesson you’ve learned after paying that hefty fine. you learn from mistakes, and i know it’s past a month and im still somewhat bitter about all this, but why do they take it away? wouldn’t they want you to practice? i feel that having it suspended, even for only 30 days, wore down the way i drive & i’m not as good (good, as in i learn every day from small mistakes i make) anymore. without seeing my mistakes everyday, once in a while, how will i succeed?

i guess i have to go back to practicing. i dont enjoy law enforcement on the road, if you couldn’t tell already.
